Flashing Repair
What is chimney flashing repair?
Chimney flashing involves a thin continuous piece of sheet metal or other impervious material applied at the seams of a chimney and roof. When installed, it prevents water passing into a structure, like your house, from an angle or joint.
Chimney flashing can become loose from high winds and other damaging weather. When flashing becomes loose, your chimney can leak, your roof may become moldy, or the flashing may corrode.
